Everything you need to get started, troubleshoot, and get the most out of VOXS.
Getting Started
1. Go to the Trainer page and create a new session — set a PIN and choose your speaking language.
2. Share the QR code or session link with your students.
3. Students scan the QR code, enter the PIN, and select their language.
4. Click "Start Speaking" and begin. Students see translated text in real-time.
A phone, tablet, or laptop with a web browser. No app, no account. Scan the QR code, enter the PIN, choose a language — done in under 10 seconds.
The PIN ensures only people in the room can join. Displayed on the trainer's projector — prevents unauthorised remote access.
200+ concurrent students per session, each choosing from 70+ languages. The system scales automatically.
For Trainers
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop/laptop provide the best speech recognition. Students can use any modern browser.
